Price Sets

A Price Set is a full set of prices for a time or context — Default, Happy Hour, Weekend, Public Holiday — activated by rules. Same item, different price depending on when it sells.

Where to find it: Menu → Price Sets

The list shows each Price Set Name, its Pricing Mode, the number of Items it prices, and row actions.

How price sets work

Think of an item's pricing as a grid:

Price Level 1 (Pot) Price Level 2 (Pint)
Default Price Set $6.00 $11.00
Happy Hour Price Set $5.00 $9.00
  • Each price set is a row of prices across all five price levels.
  • The Adjustment selects the column (which level fires).
  • Rules decide which price set (row) is active at any given time.

The Default Price Set holds your base prices and cannot be deleted. Add more price sets for contextual pricing.
