Modifiers
A Modifier is a small change to an item — "oat milk", "no onion", "extra shot". Modifiers aren't sold on their own; they tweak an item and can add a price.
Where to find it: Menu → Modifiers

The list shows each modifier's Name, Price, GST, and Print Name.
How modifiers reach the POS
A modifier can be attached to an item in two ways, which behave differently at the till:
- Directly on the item — the modifier is attached on its own. When the item is rung up the modifier is automatically applied, with no prompt. Use this for variants that are always part of the item (e.g. a "Cafe Latte" that always includes "1 Shot Coffee").
- Inside a Modifier Group — the modifier is one option in a group. The operator is prompted to choose according to the group's min/max rules (e.g. a "Milk Selection" group with Soy / Oat / Almond — pick one).
