Set Menus
A Set Menu is a bundled multi-course offering built from selectable items, with a base price plus optional additive pricing.
Where to find it: Menu → Set Menus

How set menus work
A set menu has:
- A base price the customer pays for the bundle.
- Courses (e.g. Entree, Main, Dessert), each with rules about what the customer can choose.
- Optional additive pricing — where an upgraded item's extra cost is added on top of the base price.
Add a set menu
- Click Add Set Menu.
- In Basic Details, fill in:
Field Required What it's for Set Menu Name Yes A clear name (e.g. "Autumn Tasting Menu") Base Price Yes The price for the bundle Cost L1–L5 No Cost per level, for margin tracking - Build the contents using the tabs/sections:
- Direct Items — items always included in the set menu.
- Lists by Course — for each course (Course 1–5), add the lists of items the customer can choose from.
- (Optional) Use Price Sets to give the set menu contextual pricing.
- Click Create Set Menu, or Save & Publish to push it live.
Edit a set menu
Click a set menu to edit its details, courses, and item lists. Save or Save & Publish when done.
Tip: use Direct Items for what every guest gets (e.g. bread and water) and Lists by Course for the choices (e.g. "pick one main"). Additive pricing lets you offer premium upgrades within a course without rebuilding the menu.
