Where to find it: Admin → Publish Status
At the top, a summary shows how many venues are online, offline, and how many pending updates there are.
What's on the page
- Venue Connectivity — a table of your sites with:
Column What it shows Site Name The venue Status Online or Offline — whether the POS is connected Last Published When the menu was last pushed to that site Pending How many changes are waiting to be published - Recent Publishes — a feed of recent publish activity.
- Publish History — the full history of publishes, filterable by user and status.
How publishing works
Changes you make in the portal aren't live on the POS until they're published. When you use Save & Publish on a record (or publish from elsewhere), the change is pushed to your venues. This page is where you confirm it landed.
- A site shows Offline — it can't receive updates until it reconnects. Pending changes will be delivered once it's back online.
- Pending count above zero — there are saved changes not yet published to that site.
