Organisation Admin

The Organisation Admin screen holds your organisation-wide settings — its name, the labels you use to group sites for reporting, and the list of sites in the organisation.

Where to find it: Admin → Organisation

It has three tabs: Settings, Site Labels, and Sites.

Permissions: this is an administrative area. If you don't have the right role you'll see "You do not have permission to view this page." — ask an organisation administrator for access.

Settings

The Settings tab holds General Settings for the organisation.

  1. Edit the Organisation Name (required).
  2. Click Save.

Site Labels

Site Labels are reporting tags you attach to sites — for example "VIC", "NSW", or "Premium Tier". They're used purely for reporting and filtering; they don't affect pricing, permissions, or menus.

Add a label

  1. Go to the Site Labels tab.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Enter the label name and save.

You can then assign labels to sites from the Sites tab.

Sites

The Sites tab lists the sites in your organisation:

Column What it shows
Name The site name
Labels The site labels assigned to it
Action Manage the site

Use Select to assign one or more Site Labels to a site for reporting.
