# Auto-Sync
## Auto-Sync allows the system to automatically sync your Sales data with your stock on hand.
> **Please be aware that auto-syncing will lock all transactions before the sync times so any refunds done will have to be done manually.**
**Setting an Auto-Sync**
You can now set a time or date for the system to automatically Synchronise Sales Data from Front Office into the Stock Program
In Back Office -\> POS Settings -\> Venue Settings, in the Other Tab.
You can now set either a Weekly, Monthly or Daily time for the System to automatically synchronise your sales data.
